Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds. All children from 12 to 15 years are charged EUR 34 per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 40 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

The hotel offers 15 comfortable double rooms that are spacious and modern. You can choose between a classic superior room, a classic comfort room and a junior suite - enjoy an exclusive stay.

Food & beverage

Enjoy delicious specialties, served with top wines. Look forward to typical Salzburg delicacies as well as carefully prepared, healthy and classical Austrian cuisine in our à la carte restaurant. We focus on quality, freshness and the best ingredients. The team of chef Adi creates seasonal specialties with fish and game, juicy steaks and crunchy duck for St. Martin's Day. To accompany your meal, choose from our wine cellar, stocked with about 110 top wines from Austria.

Area information

There is a small fitness room on site. The surroundings are ideal for sports activities such as jogging, walking, cycling, exercising on the Leopoldskroner pond with fitness exercises along the way (500 metres from the hotel), swimming etc. In winter, the ski areas can be reached easily.

Travel information

You can reach the hotel from the directions Germany, Vienna, Linz, Innsbruck, Italy, Villach, Klagenfurt and Graz. Travelling on motorway A10 from Italy/Germany or motorway A1 from Linz/Vienna, take the exit towards Salzburg in the direction of Anif. Follow the 4-lane road and after approximately 500 metres you will see a yellow sign saying Hotelroute on your right-hand side. Follow this yellow hotel route to the hotel. By public transportation: From the Salzburg train station take bus No. 5 and exit at Kommunalfriedhof. After approximately 120 metres on foot you will arrive at the hotel. By plane: From Salzburg Airport it is only a 15-minute taxi ride to the hotel. You can also take bus No. 2 to the Hauptbahnhof stop, then change onto bus No. 3 until the stop Salzburg Äußerer Stein. Then change onto bus No. 5 and exit at stop Kommunalfriedhof. From there it is approximately 120 metres on foot to the hotel. On request a shuttle is available as well.
