Altstadthotel Kasererbräu Family-run for several generations, Altstadthotel Kasererbräu is located in the heart of Salzburg, only a 3-minute walk from the cathedral. Altstadthotel Kasererbräu provides a breakfast buffet as well as an Italian restaurant and a café serving Austrian pastries and coffee specialities. This carefully renovated, listed building was constructed in 1342. It is located directly in the city's pedestrian zone, at the foot of Hohensalzburg Fortress. Garages and parking lots are available near the hotel. Busses number 3, 5, 8 and 25 are only a short walk away from the hotel. Altstadthotel Kasererbräu is only a few minutes' walk away from all famous historical sights such as the cathedral, the Residence Square with its fountain, Mozart's birthplace and St. Peter's Monastery. You will also find many traditional Austrian restaurants in the old town, not more than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Important information

The hotel is located in the pedestrian zone of the city centre. Access to the hotel by car is possible. If using a GPS navigation system, please use "Kajetanerplatz" as final destination. At the entrance to the Kaigasse (the beginning of the pedestrian zone), there is a barrier. Please press the corresponding button for the hotel on the column on the left side. You will receive a code via the intercom, which you have to enter into the barrier to be allowed to enter. Some rooms offer free Wi-Fi and for the other rooms a modem can be borrowed free of charge at the reception. Guests have to pay a refundable deposit.
