Hotel Goldene Ente The Hotel Goldene Ente - located on the enchanting Goldgasse in the heart of Salzburg's historic Old Town. Its central location makes our newly renovated hotel especially attractive. Our rooftop terrace is an inviting venue to enjoy Happy Hour while looking out over the roofs of Salzburg. The cathedral, the Getreidegasse, Mozart's birth house, the festival halls and the River Salzach - these and other significant points of interest are just a few minutes walk away. The hotel has a long and rich history which can be traced all the way back to the 14th century. From one of Salzburg's oldest inns has grown a hotel with an incomparably rich tradition, always with the greatest possible care taken to preserve this precious historic monument. The hotel is not accessible for disabled persons.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One older child or adult is charged EUR 32 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
