Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 13 years are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 55 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 8 per hour. Wi-fi is available in public areas and costs EUR 8 per hour. Wi-fi is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Breakfast

Continental breakfast costs EUR 19 per person per night. Buffet breakfast costs EUR 28 per person per night.

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 17.50 per day.

Room information

The Sheraton Salzburg Hotel offers rooms and suites with high comfort and modern equipment. The large bathroom is covered with marvellous Valentino tiles and features a hairdryer, a make-up mirror and complimentary toiletries. All rooms include a long desk as well as a cosy sitting area, and are facing the city. They are decorated in warm tones with traditionally-styled furnishings and feature self-regulating climate control. According to your preferences, we offer twin rooms and double rooms with queen-size beds. Non-smoking rooms are available on request. Please state your preferences in advance. We will try to fulfil them, but cannot guarantee it.

Food & beverage

Start your day at the American breakfast buffet or enjoy a continental breakfast between 06:30 and 10:30. For lunch and dinner the Restaurant Mirabell serves fine regional and international cuisine. Marvel at the views of Mirabell Park while indulging in culinary highlights. This includes, every Sunday from 12:00 onwards, a popular lunch buffet. Locals and guests meet in the cosy Restaurant Bistro, which offers quick and delicious cuisine in a comfortable atmosphere. The inviting ambiance of the Piano Bar will entice you to stop for a cup of coffee or an exquisite cocktail. The attentive staff is at your service from 08:30 to 01:00 should you wish to have refreshments, snacks, delectable cakes or pastries - all of which are also served on the patio or the conservatory of the Park Café. In addition, the hotel offers 24-hour Room Service.

Travel information

Salzburg´s main airport (Salzburg Airport-W.A.Mozart-SZG) is about 4 km west from the centre, reachable with public bus number 2 at regular intervals between Salzburg main railway station and Salzburg Airport. Journey time approx.20 minutes. The centre is also served by taxis which can be found directly in front of the Salzburg airport. Driving directions: Take A1 and exit “Mitte”. Follow Ignaz-Harrer-Strasse and at the first crossing after the bridge, turn right. Go under the railroad. After the next traffic light, turn left. Another option is to make use of the hotel route system. Follow the orange signs Nr. 8 and it will take you to the Sheraton Salzburg Hotel. The hotel does not have private parking facilities, but a parking garage directly underneath the hotel is available
